***UPDATE*** after over 10 years we are excited to offer Togo Local Emperor Scorpions. These are the emperor scorpions from West Africa that are the calm, giant true Pandinus imperator- The “Emperor” scorpion.Â
The Emperor Scorpion (Pandinus imperator) is the largest species of scorpion in the world. This species, once a staple of the pet trade, has become fairly difficult to get a hold of. Our emperor scorpions are legally imported and established in captivity before we ship. With appropriate care these guys can grow up to 8 inches like the one pictured on my hand.Â
